The Hoshizaki IM-240XPE is the new standard IM CUBE modular and stackable extension cuber from Hoshizaki, producing up to 195kg (10°C Air temp; 10°C Water) of its world-famous Large Standard ice cubes every 24 hours. This extension model is designed to expand capacity while optimising space, making it ideal for growing operations. Built to support long-term success, the updated IM CUBE range features smart enhancements over previous models, including automated cleaning with wash auto-restart, water circuit and condenser cleaning notifications, higher-grade stainless steel components, a variable-speed magnetic DC pump motor, stand-by and wash buttons, and an optional scoop holder kit. These improvements, alongside trusted core technology, ensure outstanding ice quality, efficiency, hygiene, and reliable performance in demanding commercial environments.
