Prefecture 48 (P48) – Sydney

Background:
P48 is a high-end, Japanese-inspired dining venue created by XYZ Co. in Sydney, Australia. Paying homage to Japanese culture, arts, and innovation, the venue is designed to attract discerning customers. It features six distinct dining options, catering to private meals and large groups. P48 is a premium space, blending heritage elements with modern sophistication.

Client Needs & Challenges: The client, XYZ Co., sought top-tier kitchen equipment to match the quality and aesthetics of the venue. Their primary concern was ensuring the quality and reliability of refrigeration and ice-making equipment, with a preference for Hoshizaki, a brand they trust and respect for its performance and longevity.

The space constraints were a major challenge, requiring strategic selection of kitchen and refrigeration equipment. Trevor’s may years of industry experience to create a working layout for each kitchen and bar area, ensuring the space was optimized while accommodating Hoshizaki refrigeration equipment.

  • Challenges:
    • Space constraints required careful selection of refrigeration and ice-making units.
    • The team needed to be strategic about how the equipment was arranged to maintain functionality without compromising on the high-end aesthetic.

Customer Feedback & Results:
