The FM series is equipped with a worktime-based component replacement system, easily monitored via an intuitive control display to support preventive maintenance. Hoshizaki was also the first manufacturer to introduce an automated water circuit rinse cycle, helping prevent mineral buildup, protect the hydraulic system, and maintain excellent hygiene standards.
Smart, Long-Lasting Design
Engineered for reliability, the FM-120KE-HCN uses carbon graphite bushings instead of traditional ball bearings, enabling completely grease-free operation. The reduced number of moving parts minimises wear and tear, while water-lubricated bearings help prevent calcification and bacterial contamination.
