The Hoshizaki IM-30CPE sets a new benchmark in the IM CUBE series. This self-contained cuber produces up to 31kg (10°C Air temp; 10°C Water) of Hoshizaki’s world-renowned large, clear ice cubes every 24 hours.

The latest IM CUBE generation introduces a range of smart upgrades over the previous IM models. Enhancements include automated cleaning with wash auto-restart, water circuit and condenser cleaning notifications, an optional scoop holder kit, higher-grade stainless steel components, a magnetic DC pump motor with variable speed, and dedicated stand-by and wash buttons.
