Advanced Technology
The FM series includes a worktime-based component replacement system, monitored via an intuitive control display to support preventive maintenance. Hoshizaki was also the first to introduce an automated water circuit rinse cycle, helping prevent mineral buildup, protect the hydraulic system, and maintain outstanding hygiene standards.
Smart, Long-Lasting Design
Designed for reliability, the FM-120KE-50-HCN uses carbon graphite bushings instead of conventional ball bearings, enabling completely grease-free operation. Fewer moving parts reduce wear and tear, while water-lubricated bearings help prevent calcification and bacterial contamination.
