The Hoshizaki IM-240PE-F-23 is a FlexiCUBE self-contained cuber designed to produce up to 165kg (10°C Air temp; 10°C Water) of Hoshizaki’s world-renowned medium ice cubes (23 mm) every 24 hours. Compact in design, this model is suitable for a wide range of commercial environments.

The FlexiCUBE range overcomes these challenges with a built-in drain pump, allowing flexible installation regardless of drain location or height. This enables project owners, designers, and operators to reposition or integrate the unit within existing kitchen or bar layouts—up to 10 meters horizontally and 1.5 meters vertically from the drain point.
