Please note that this Warranty Request form should only be completed by the equipment owner NOT by any intermediary as communication, updates and any non-warrantable fees will be managed directly with the equipment owner.
PLEASE NOTE: Standard warranty call-outs take place Monday-Friday between 8.00am and 4.30pm (excluding Public Holidays). Any call outs outside of these times will be subject to penalty rates.
If the service call is deemed outside of warranty fees and charges will apply
** ** Failures arising from lack of general maintenance, external filter failure or blockage, or parts that fail due to heavy scale or mineral build up, are not covered under warranty. ** **
Certain items such as perishable items, glass components and light fittings are not covered under warranty. Claims for non-covered parts, number faults found, travel over 50km or other items outside our standard terms and conditions will be chargeable.
